Boil 100ml of water in a saucepan. When it's boiled, turn off the heat and add couscous. Put the lid on and steam the couscous for 7 minutes. At the same time, heat the frying pan with olive oil. Drop a small drop of water on the hot pan, and when you hear it sizzles, it means the pan is well heated. Place the marinated salmon in the heated frying pan. When the salmon turns from dark pink to light pink, flip it. When the salmon gradually turns golden, it means it's ready to serve. When the couscous is well-steamed with water, use a wooden fork to fluff it. Serve it in a plate. Place the grilled salmon on top of couscous. Serve with freshly ground black pepper and some extra lemon juice if you wish. |
