After eating sandwiches and salads for 2 days, I decided to buy at least one frying pan and one sauce pan. Although I was still waiting for my student account application, I couldn't stand cold meal any longer! I was glad that I made this decision, and these basic but rich pasta becomes the prelude to my culinary life in the foreign country. |
食材: 義大利麵1人份 鹽1撮 橄欖油3大匙 大蒜(切薄片)4瓣 櫻桃小番茄切半6顆 雞胸肉塊4塊 高達起司適量 乾燥羅勒葉大量 鹽1撮 現磨黑胡椒,上菜佐料用 醬料鍋將水煮滾,煮滾後加入一撮鹽。將一人份義大利麵放入滾鹽水中煮八分鐘。 平底鍋淋上橄欖油跟大蒜三瓣(切薄片),熱鍋後加入切丁小番茄(大約五六顆)加入適量的高達起司,炒到番茄為爛起司融化後,加入雞胸肉塊(大約五小塊)炒到雞胸肉熟了後加入黑胡椒、鹽跟誇張多的羅勒葉,關火。 麵熟了後拌入平底鍋即可。 | Ingredients: One serving of spaghetti Water and a pinch of salt 3 table spoon of olive oil 4 gloves of sliced garlic 6 cherry tomatoes in halves 4 chicken breast in chuncks Gouda Chesse Lots of dried basil One pinch of salt Freshly ground black pepper for serving Boil water in a sauce pan. Add a pinch of salt until it's boiled. Add one serving of spaghetti into the boiled salty water for 8 minutes. Saute 3 gloves of garlic slices with olive oil in a frying pan. Add cherry tomatoes and Gouda. Saute everything until tomatoes and cheese turn soft and juicy. Add chicken breast in the pan and saute it until it's cooked. Add pepper, salt and a great amount of basil leaves. Turn off the stove and stir the cooked spaghetti in the pan. Serve immediately. |
