Fried-free Croquette! Recently, Mom and I dined at MOS , and we were amazed by their Pumpkin Croquette! Since then, Mom tried to make some, but failed. The main reason is that we don't like to deep-fry food, and we are quite stingy to use oils, so we always get disfigured stuff... This time, we resize the croquette smaller and thinner, and bake them with oven. They taste light and crispy, and are not that fat, either! | 免炸可樂餅! 前陣子跟媽去吃摩斯,南瓜可樂餅實在驚為天人!回家後媽媽就一直想做看看,但是一直失敗。主要是因為我們家不喜歡炸東西,油都放得很吝嗇,炸出來的東西就很詭異XD 這次把每份可樂餅都做得小小的扁扁的,用烤箱去烤。口感清爽酥脆,也比較不肥! |
Ingredients: 2 Potatoes Half Onion 200g Minced meat 3 tablespoons of corns 1 teaspoon of salt Pepper or Spices (Optional) Dip: Flour and Bread crumbs (adjust to the amount of croquette) 2 Whipped egg Preparation: 1. Steamed and softened the potatoes 2. Fried the onion and meat with slight oil, and add corns 3. Add softened potatoes, stir them into the fried meat, and add salt. Wait till the mixture cool down. 4. Prepare flour, whipped egg and breadcrumbs in separate plates/ bowls. 5. Make the mashed-potato-mixture into ping-pong size balls, and flatten them about 1.5cm thick. 6. Dip the potato croquette in order with flour, whipped egg and breadcrumbs. Put them into a baking tray. 7. Bake the croquettes in the preheated oven, 180C for 15 minutes. Serve immediately. | 材料: 馬鈴薯兩顆 洋蔥半顆 肉末200克 玉米粒 三大匙 鹽 一茶匙 胡椒或是香料(可略) 沾粉: 麵粉、麵包粉適中 蛋液 兩顆 做法: 1. 將馬鈴薯蒸熟備用 2. 洋蔥跟肉末用少量的油炒過,再加入玉米 3. 將煮熟的馬鈴薯加入肉末,直接搗碎混合,加入鹽,放涼備用 4. 準備麵粉、蛋液、麵包粉放入三個盤子/碗中 5. 將馬鈴薯泥揉成適當的球狀(約乒乓球大小)壓扁約1.5cm厚 6. 馬鈴薯餅依序沾上麵粉、蛋液、麵包粉,排入烤盤中 7. 可樂餅放入已預熱180C的烤箱烤15分鐘即可。 |
