Well, I think it's more like sharing the combination of food I like rather than sharing a recipe. This brunch is really a no-brainer. But the thing is, this is so simple but unbelievably delicious. Smoked salmon is, like, quite expensive everywhere. I remember when I was in Taiwan, whenever my mom and I see smoked salmon in a buffet bar, we grabbed a lot. This could be the only thing that drives us crazily like barbarian in a buffet. Two years ago, I traveled to Lisbon with my friend who lived in Paris at that time. We both are smoked salmon lovers. But even in Lisbon, where seafood should be much cheaper than in other European countries, smoked salmon are still a bit unaffordable. Recently I find Aldi is also selling it, which is not particularity cheap but the price is reasonable. Grab some rocket and stir it with extra virgin olive oil. Place a salmon flower on it: Shred two slices of smoked salmon in irregular pieces. Begin making a rose with smaller pieces from the center, and the outer peddles will be formed with bigger pieces. You can fold some of them in the middle to make the flower no that flat. Roast some baguette slices and place a half-boiled egg on it. Finally, sprinkle over freshly ground pepper, ground dried garlic and dried Rosemary on everything.
