Marinade chicken meat with salt for a night, and put the meat and onion into a food processor. Mix the minced meat and onion with garlic pepper, oregano, and stir the mixture with an egg. 2. Make meatballs. Saute the meatballs on an oiled-pan till the meat turns white and a little bit golden on the surface. 3. Steam the cucumber and cooled it down. Slice the cucumber and marinade it with salt. 4. Put sliced cucumber, tomato, olives and the meat balls. 5. The ratio of french mustard to honey is 2 to 1, and add some minced olives. To preserve the meatballs, cool them down and store them in the fridge.
