I've been staying in Lisbon, Portugal for a week in May. In order to save money, we usually depend on local supermarkets and cook simply. The food price is relatively cheaper here than in other European countries, especially seafood. My friend Y found a three-minute-easy-cook mytilidae in the supermarket Pingo Doce, which has rich sea-flavor and is salty. We can just cook it and eat it, or add it into sandwiches. This is my first breakfast in Lisbon. The toast is just a loaf of regular supermarket toast, but it tastes a bit sweeter and is softer than the one in Taiwan. The salad is a mixture of roquette and a much-sweeter ham. How to make Carbonara based on my friend S 1. Saute the minced bacon 2. Beat eggs and add minced cheese, stir them together 3. Turn off the stove. Stir the cheese-egg with bacon while the bacon is still warm. 4. Cook the linguine and soak the linguine in cold water for a few second to make it chewy 5. Stir the linguine and the carbonara sauce together | 友人S跟我們會合後的晚上,友人S做了拿手但是她說超簡單的Carbonara蛋培根麵,友人Y買了我們超愛的燻鮭魚,做了燻鮭魚沙拉,配上一杯牛奶。 友人S的Carbonara: 1. 將碎培根煎香 2. 將蛋打散,加入碎起司拌勻 3. 熄火,利用餘溫將起司蛋液拌入培根 4. 煮麵(我們使用linguine細扁麵)過冷水使麵Q彈 5. 麵跟醬拌在一起即可 |
For dinner, my friend Y made us spicy Spaghetti with meat sauce, and I accidentally made pseudo-poached egg, and added pineapple as salad. Spicy Spaghetti with meat sauce from my friend Y: 1. Use the fat of the minced meat to saute the meat 2. Add tomato can 3. Add rosemary and spices 4.Cook the linguine and soak the linguine in cold water for a few. Stir the linguine and the sauce together. My accidentally made pseudo-poached egg: 1. Boil the water 2. Put eggs in the water. Do not cover the eggs with water. 3. Boil the egg for 3~4 minutes, and stir the eggs from time to time. 4. Take the eggs out. Wait till the eggs are cooled and peel the eggs. Because the water do not cover the eggs entirely, so some part of the egg can remain medium-raw. Carefully peel off the eggs. We spent most of the time and energy on tourism, so we cooked simply. But the cost is lower, so we can eat better! | 某天晚餐,友人Y做了辣味番茄肉醬麵,我則是誤打誤撞煮出偽水波蛋,配上鳳梨當作沙拉。 友人Y的辣味番茄肉醬麵: 1. 利用絞肉本身的油脂將肉炒熟 2. 倒入番茄醬罐 3. 加入迷迭香等香料 4. 煮麵,過水,淋上肉醬即可 誤打誤撞的偽水波蛋: 1. 將水煮滾 2. 將蛋放入水中,水不要超過蛋,讓蛋留出一點在外面 3. 煮個三~四分鐘左右,不時翻動蛋 4. 取出蛋後,等到蛋不燙了即可剝蛋殼。因為水沒有完全蓋住蛋,所以在煮的時候有些地方較生,剝的時候要小心破裂。 因為大部分的時間跟體力都花在觀光上了,所以料理比較隨便,但自己煮的因為便宜,所以吃得更好! |
