Japanese style Matcha Cookies! There are two Matcha recipes, one for soft shortbread cookies, and the other is for making figures. Matcha (Shortbread) Cookies: Prepare: 80 grams of unsalted butter 50 grams of sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg 110 grams of cake flour (sifted) 34 grams of milk powder 6 grams of baking Matcha powder Steps: 1. Whisk the softened unsalted butter with sugar and salt. 2. Add one egg and whisk again. 3. Add the filtered flour, milk powder and Matcha powder into the butter mixture. The dough is done. 4. Now use a spoon to scoop out each cookies on the baking sheets. 5. Dip your fingers with some water, and use your fingers to press the cookie doughs to flatten them. 6.
