食材: 醃鮭魚: 生鮭魚 一撮鹽 兩瓣大蒜切片 半顆檸檬汁 半顆檸檬皮 香煎: 1/2大匙橄欖油 上桌: 佐以現磨黑胡椒 一人份筆尖麵 大約乒乓球大小的帕瑪森乾酪刨絲(你想要的話也可以多加點) 幾條四季豆 步驟: 醬料鍋將水煮滾,煮滾後加入一撮鹽。將一人份筆尖義麵放入滾鹽水中煮八分鐘。同時也把四季豆丟進滾水,跟麵一起煮。 同一時間,熱平底鍋加熱橄欖油。第一小滴水在鍋中,聽到滋滋聲音表示鍋子熱好了。 醃漬過的鮭魚放入加熱後的鍋中。 鮭魚從深粉紅到淡粉紅就可以翻面。直到兩邊都漸漸呈現金黃色即可。 假如你覺得鮭魚太厚了不好煎,可以在鍋子裡面就先弄成塊狀,反正我們待會加到麵裡面的時候也是碎片了。這樣炒比較簡單又快速! 準備一個大碗,丟入剛煎好的鮭魚,撕成碎片。 在同一個碗中,加入煮好的筆尖麵、豆、一撮鹽、刨絲的帕瑪森乾酪並將所有東西攪拌混合,直到起司融化變得黏黏的。 將麵裝盤,表面撒上現磨黑胡椒即可。 | Ingredient: Marinated Salmon: Raw Salmon A pinch of salt 2 gloves of garlic slices half lemon juice half lemon zest To grill: 1/2 table spoon of olive oil To serve: Freshly ground black pepper one serving of penne pasta grated parmigiano about a ping-pong ball size (you could add more if you wish) Several String beans Preparation: Bring water to boil in a sauce pan. At the same time, heat the frying pan with olive oil. Drop a small drop of water on the hot pan, and when you hear it sizzles, it means the pan is well heated. Place the marinated salmon in the heated frying pan. When the salmon turns from dark pink to light pink, flip it. When the salmon gradually turns golden, it means it's ready to serve. If you think the salmon is too thick to grill, you can shred it into chunks in the pan, because we're going to shred it into pasta anyway. It's easier and faster! Prepare a big bowl and throw in the cooked salmon, and shred it into pieces.
