Ingredients: 80 gram unsalted butter 50 gram brown sugar 1 egg 40 gram ground sesame 160gram cake flour (Sifted) 15 gram milk powder (Sifted) 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Procedure: 1. Beat the cream and sugar till creamy. 2. Add one egg and continue whipping. 3. Add sifted flour, milk powder and ground sesame. Blend it slowly with plastic spatula, and then finally, add sesame seeds. 5. Store the dough into the fridge for 30 minutes. Knead the dough and cut into cat figures. 6.
