It is also one of my fast recipe, as long as the chickens are marinated before hand, the cooking process will be about 20 minutes, including dish washing. Do not over cook it. Ingredient: Marinate the chicken: One piece of boneless chicken thigh one table spoon of olive oil a pinch of salt one table spoon of dried rosemary 2 gloves of garlic slices Saute the Potatoes: one small potato one table spoon of olive oil one pinch of sea salt freshly ground black pepper Marinate one piece of boneless chicken thigh with one table spoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a table spoon of dried Rosemary and two gloves of garlic slices for one night. (Or at least 2 hours). Cut one small potato into thin slices. Heat the frying pan with one table spoon of olive oil. Place potato slices on one side of the pan and saute them till transparent and soft. Use the same pan to grill the marinated chicken thigh at the same time. Grill it till both sides becomes golden brown and bouncy and serve immediately. Serve the sautéed potatoes with chopped salad leaves and tomatoes, and sprinkle over a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. In short: Marinate the chicken -> heat the pan -> fry the chicken until throughly cooked. | 食材: 醃漬雞: 一片去骨雞腿肉 一大匙橄欖油 一撮鹽 一大匙乾燥迷迭香 兩瓣大蒜切薄片 煎薯片: 一小顆馬鈴薯 一大池膽欖油 一撮鹽 現磨黑胡椒 將一片去骨雞腿肉以一大匙橄欖油、一撮鹽、一大匙乾燥迷迭香跟兩瓣切片大蒜醃漬一晚。(或至少兩小時)。 一顆小馬鈴薯切薄片。 平底鍋以一大匙橄欖油加熱。將馬鈴薯薄片放在平底鍋其中一邊並香煎到變透明又軟。用同一個平底鍋同時煎醃漬過的雞腿肉。將兩面煎到金黃且按下去有彈性即可立即裝盤。 煎好的薯片佐以切碎的沙拉葉跟番茄丁,並灑上一撮海鹽跟現磨黑胡椒即可。 簡單來講就是: 醃漬雞肉-> 熱鍋 ->雞肉徹底煎熟即可。 |
