I was so lazy that I planned to buy a bottle of carbonara sauce and stir it in pasta. But the price of the sauce is a bit hight (about £2.5). It's amazingly simple and delicious, with the ingredients like parmigiano, salt and black pepper you can get a plate of creamy pasta without using heavy cream. 準備步驟: 將一片去骨雞腿肉以一大匙橄欖油、一撮鹽、一大匙乾燥迷迭香跟兩瓣切片大蒜醃漬一晚。(或至少兩小時)。 醬料鍋將水煮滾,煮滾後加入一撮鹽。將一人份筆尖義麵放入滾鹽水中煮八分鐘。 平底鍋以一大匙橄欖油加熱。平底鍋煎醃漬過的雞腿肉。將兩面煎到金黃且按下去有彈性即可。 準備一個大碗,丟入剛煎好的迷迭香雞,撕成碎片。 在同一個碗中,加入煮好的筆尖麵、一撮鹽、刨絲的帕瑪森乾酪並將所有東西攪拌混合,直到起司融化變得黏黏的。 將麵裝盤,表面撒上現磨黑胡椒即可。 | Preparation: Marinate one piece of boneless chicken thigh with one table spoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, a table spoon of dried Rosemary and two gloves of garlic slices for one night. (Or at least 2 hours). Boil water in a sauce pan. Add a pinch of salt until it's boiled. Add one serving of penne into the boiled salty water for about 8 minutes. Heat the frying pan with one table spoon of olive oil. Place potato slices on one side of the pan and saute them till transparent and soft. Use the same pan to grill the marinated chicken thigh at the same time. Grill it till both sides becomes golden brown and bouncy. Prepare a big bowl and throw in the cooked Rosemary chicken, and shred it into pieces. In the same bowl, add in cooked penne, a pinch of salt and grated parmigiano and mix everything until the cheese melts and becomes sticky. Serve the penne in a plate and sprinkle over freshly ground black pepper. |
